Upon dropping out of college, Henry started attending business events, sitting in on meetings, and saturating himself in the problems that entrepreneurs were discussing. He spent all of his time listening, learning new skills, and testing it out. This progressed into Henry handling freelance projects and developing his marketing expertise until his dad asked for help.
His father, Steve D Sims, was an entrepreneur and had built one of the leading luxury concierge businesses in the world but wanted to move into speaking and consulting. Henry and Steve saw the perfect opportunity to work with each other. Henry helped clarify Steve's character, stories, and value, then built the systems to consistently distribute the ideas and personality that made Steve memorable.
The work became one of Henry's proudest achievements. It helped grow Steve's speaking career, build a strong group of consulting clients, and develop a loyal mastermind community around the work Steve loved. More importantly, it showed Henry the impact a persona brand can have when it reveals the real person behind the expertise.
